The terms on which you may use the ReportRx website and, where applicable, the ReportRx application.
These terms govern your use of the reportrx.co.uk website and, where applicable, the ReportRx application. They are between you and Report Rx Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17359078), registered office Imperial House, 79–81 Hornby Street, Bury, BL9 5BN.
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Access to the ReportRx application is provided under a separate written agreement between us and the customer organisation — the practice, neighbourhood team, PCN, ICB or provider that subscribes to the service. That agreement, together with its data processing agreement, governs the supply of the service. Where anything in these website terms conflicts with that agreement, the agreement prevails.
You may view and print pages from this website for your own use and for the purposes of evaluating our service. You may not republish, sell, sub-licence or systematically extract material from this site without our written permission.
You must not use this website in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or impairs it, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or any system connected to it.
Where you are given access to the ReportRx application:
ReportRx is designed to record clinical activity as counts and categories. It is not a clinical record system and must not be used to store patient-identifiable information — including patient names, NHS numbers, dates of birth, addresses or clinical notes. Entering such information is a breach of these terms and of your organisation's agreement with us.
ReportRx is an activity tracking and reporting tool. It is not a medical device, it does not provide clinical advice, and it must not be relied on to make decisions about the care of any individual patient. Clinical judgement and clinical responsibility remain entirely with the registered professional and their employing organisation.
Reports generated by ReportRx present the data recorded in the system. The accuracy and completeness of that data depends on what users record. We do not verify or audit the underlying activity, and we do not warrant that any report satisfies the requirements of any regulator, commissioner or funding body. It remains the customer's responsibility to assure itself that its records and returns are accurate.
We aim to keep the website and application available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Service levels for the application, where they apply, are set out in the customer's agreement.
All intellectual property rights in the ReportRx website, application, branding and documentation belong to Report Rx Ltd or our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Data recorded by a customer organisation within the platform remains that organisation's data. We claim no ownership of it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we provide this website on an "as is" basis and exclude all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
Liability in respect of the ReportRx application is governed by the customer's written agreement with us, not by these website terms.
This website links to third-party services, including our scheduling provider. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement.
We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
